Their wholesome ground Butler County Buckwheat Flour makes the kind of nourishing, delectable pancakes you remember eating as a kid. They also make self-rising buckwheat flour, corn meal, and pancake flour. The only ingredient in Zanella’s whole wheat flour is pure whole wheat grain.
