Zanella Milling

One of the last producers of Buckwheat Flour in Butler County. Owned by John & Anita Zanella since 1983. Store hours, Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-5:30 PM. Zanella Milling provides a fresh, pure product to many retailers in the region. Their wholesome ground Butler County Buckwheat Flour makes the kind of nourishing, delectable pancakes you remember eating as a kid. They also make self-rising buckwheat flour, corn meal, and pancake flour. The only ingredient in Zanella’s whole wheat flour is pure whole wheat grain.
