While bird watching at Lake Oneida, I spotted this Wilson's Snipe initially resting on a mud bank. Shortly after, it began feeding by probing it's long beak into the mud in search of insects and crustaceans. While feeding, it performed a beautiful up and down motion with it's body that looked like it was dancing while feeding. What an enjoyable experience!
