It's Black Stout Friday! We are very excited to release our 2.5 Year Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Collaboration with Cellar Works brewing THIS holiday weekend.
It all started over three years ago with a friendship between two brewers (John and Zach) who had the habit of changing the topic in the middle of a conversation. Two and half years ago, they acquired maple barrels and Buffalo Trace whiskey barrels. An idea was born and a stout was brewed. Half of the stout went into the maple barrels, the other into the Buffalo Trace whiskey barrels. The beers were blended and BEHOLD, the Sidebar Stout Series was born.
We will be releasing 16 oz bottles of this 12.5% stout beginning on Friday at 11am at both locations for $18 each. We'll have some Cellar Works on draft as well. This beer is great for aging, amazing to drink now, and perfect for any craft beer lover to add to their collection.
