Join us weekends after Labor Day until October 30th for one of the most unique ways to see the changing of the leaves on Lake Arthur at Moraine State Park. During your 90 minute excursion on the lake you will learn about the area’s geological history as well as the creation of the man-made lake and shore line. Moraine State Park attractions and activities will also be highlighted. Be sure to bring your cameras as you may see wildlife such as Bald Eagles, white- tailed deer, beaver, Great Blue Heron and Osprey. The cruise travels across the lake to the Route 528 bridge and back to its launch point at McDanels Launch (North Shore). For those comfortable with steps, we invite you to the second level of Preston’s Pearl for views that can’t be beat and the touch of the fall crisp air. Even those who have visited the park for years have something to see and learn on this adventure. Be sure to bring the whole family!
