Overview
Our airport is located in southwestern Pennsylvania within the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area. Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport (BTP. KBTP), also known as K.W. Scholter Field, is a public airport located in Penn Township five miles southwest of the central business district of Butler, Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport is owned, operated, and sponsored by the Butler County Airport Authority. Self-serve 100LL aviation gas is available on the field. The Fixed Base Operator (FBO), AirQuest Aviation, provides ground servicing and support, aircraft maintenance, Jet Fuel and AvGas service, concierge services, car rental, flight school, charter services, and aircraft management. High Flight Academy offers Discovery Flights and both ground and in-air flight instruction, including Redbird FMX Simulator experience. Serventi’s Ristorante is now located at the airport as well.
