The Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center provides FREE primary medical care, basic dental care, behavioral health services and health & wellness education. Our patients are individuals aged 19-64 and do not have insurance. If you do not have insurance or do not have a doctor, we can help! Contact us if you have questions or if we can be of assistance. Hours: Monday - Wednesday 8am - 4pm Thursday 11am - 7pm Friday 8am -2pm *Hours may vary depending on volunteer availability - please call for an appointment. GREAT Care: The Jean B. Dental Services: Dental Exam, Cleanings, Fillings, Extractions, Full Mouth/Panoramic X-Rays, Oral Cancer Screening.
