With two dozen basketball courts, Butler County is a slam dunk for basketball tournaments.
Baseball/Softball
More than thirty fields are available for baseball and softball tournaments of all sizes.
Amenities vary per field, including lighting, batting cages, concessions, press boxes, scoreboards, pitching cages and bullpens. At Michelle Krill Field at Historic Pullman Park, teams can take the same field as greats such as Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig and Whitey Ford. The facility has been extensively updated over the years to make your event successful.
We will gladly coordinate tournaments and events requiring multiple fields. In fact, past events we’ve hosted include USCAA Baseball Small College World Series, PSAC – PA State Athletic Conference Baseball Championship, Atlantic Coast Baseball and a Prospect League All Star Game.

Bowling
Butler County has seven bowling alleys with more than 100 lanes. The PA State Men’s Bowling Championship has been hosted here and in 2016, we will be hosting the PA State Women’s Bowling Championship.
Disc Golf
Butler County is an excellent location for disc golf. The PDGA Pro Disc Golf World Championships were held in western PA in 2015, utilizing two of our courses.
Foot Golf
FootGolf is a precision sport, a combination of the popular sports of soccer and golf, being more closely related to golf.
Football
Butler County has a dozen football fields, plus three turf fields and a flag football facility.

Need a gym for your activities? We’ve got more than two dozen, including a complete progressive Olympic style gymnastics facility.
Hockey
Butler County has 5 sheets of ice, including the official practice facility of the Pittsburgh Penguins!
Lacrosse
Slippery Rock University’s Mihalk-Thompson Stadium has a synthetic turf field, lighting, scoreboard, message center, and seating for 10,000 people – perfect for hosting lacrosse events.
Motor Racing
Like dirt and driving fast? Lernerville Speedway is one of the best-maintained and successful dirt tracks in the country.
Pickleball
Soccer
Butler County has about 30 soccer fields, so if you’ve got a large tournament, we can host it!
Swimming
Indoors or outdoors, take a lap in Butler County. Many pools are available, and Moraine State Park’s Lake Arthur offers plenty of space to make a splash.
Tennis
Butler County has more than a dozen tennis courts.
Track & Field
We’ve got tracks indoors and out, plus plenty of wide open space!
Volleyball
Butler County’s 25 volleyball courts allow for tournaments of all sizes. An assortment of indoor and sand courts are available.
